Cellar By Sea is an on water beverage delivery business launching this summer 2020/21. We endeavour to provide boating enthusiasts with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks and substantial food delivered by boat. Once customers place their order they can sit back and relax on their boat knowing their needs are completely taken care of.
We are committed to providing professional and responsible service of alcohol whilst creating an enjoyable experience and negating the job of carrying a heavy excess when heading out to enjoy time on the water. There is now no need to leave the perfect spot to purchase drinks and snacks.
We are excited to put our experienced palettes to use providing the best wines, sparkling and beer from small boutique producers as well as some amazing healthy mixers and non alcoholic newcomers to the market, all of which will enhance the joy of being out on Sydney’s incredible waterways.

Never far from the ocean, owner and licensee Mel Moss is an all year round swimmer and certified crazy salt water addict.
Passionate about her community and its natural surrounds, Mel lives and breathes local and has been at the helm of several large scale fundraiser events.
Favourite Bevy? Quality Australian bubbles or a home made margarita using hand picked limes.
Dave or Mr Mossy as he is more affectionately known, can usually be found working on another one of Mels crazy ideas. Persistent and tenacious he never gives up until the job is done - usually long after every one else has given up and cracked a beer.
After twenty successful years spent in the finance arena, his dream is to live out his days on a houseboat sampling Cellar By Sea cocktail recipes.
